Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care not only works to provide cutting-edge dental service for the whole family, but also offers services for a busy lifestyle.

“We made it our goal to provide the most services we could for our patients and have the most convenient hours and accessibility. We are open early mornings, late afternoons and weekends, as well as offering same day emergency care,” said Dr. Cody Cowen, a Shreveport native.

In addition to convenient hours, Shreveport Bossier Family Dental offers oral and IV sedation to help make a trip to the dentist less stressful.

“I truly believe that every patient should enjoy coming into our office and not have a bad experience, which they will carry for the rest of their lives,” said Dr. Bryan Stewart, a native of SBC.

A patient’s mental and emotional experience while at the practice is key. Dr. Kyle Cotton, a Shreveport native and

C.E. Byrd alum, believes mutual trust, respect and communication are the key components to dental health.

A Captain in the Army National Guard, Dr. Michael Haydel especially enjoys serving the military community of Shreveport-Bossier.

“Customer service is a priority in our practice, and we like to exceed patient’s expectations,” Dr. Haydel said.

Size also helps Shreveport Bossier Family Dental provide the most comprehensive care possible.

“We are the largest dental practice in North Louisiana with four offices in Shreveport-Bossier and 10 doctors. I am excited that we will soon be opening our fi fth office that will be totally devoted to children,” said Dr. Ross Dies, a New Orleans native who has called Shreveport home for nearly 30 years.

Shreveport Bossier Family Dental offers cosmetic dental services, too.

“We have patients that have been embarrassed to smile over the last 15-20 years due to broken front teeth or even excessive staining. We treat these patients and restore their teeth and gums…which allows them to confidently smile and talk again,” said Dr. Ben Beach, a Blanchard native.

For the doctors at Shreveport Bossier Family Dental, it’s all about the smiles.

“It’s always great to see someone smiling from work that you have done. Restoring someone’s smile is such a fulfi lling thing,” said Dr. Emile Geneux of Shreveport.
