Ali Smith, Realtor with Coldwell Banker Gosslee, loves helping clients find just the right home. “It’s so rewarding to know that people trust me to guide them through the largest purchase they’ll ever make,” said Smith.

Smith, a graduate of Northwestern State University, worked as a loan processor for a local mortgage company and spent years learning from that side of the industry. “I know my clients truly benefit from my strong background in mortgages,” says Smith. The transition from loan processor to Realtor was seamless as she was named ‘Rookie of the Year’ for 2014.

Smith is married and has two young daughters. Her husband, Blake, also has his real estate license, which enables them to work together as a team. This really helps Smith juggle the often difficult balance of family and career.

Ali is an active member of the Junior League of Shreveport Bossier and is the Recording Secretary for the Republican Women of Bossier. She and her family attend First Bossier.

Smith’s advice to other women attempting to go for their career dreams or their personal goals is to find the right balance. Smith remarked, “You can’t do it all, but you can have a successful career and family.”
