Allison J. Youngblood, Executive Director for Seeds in Action Community Health Care, Inc., loves her job. "The best part of my job is interacting with so many different people. I consider myself very fortunate to work in a field that meets the needs of others," Youngblood said.

Seeds in Action Community Health Care offers a multitude of services. The Children's Choice Waiver Program provides services in the home and community to individuals up to 20 years of age who currently live at home with their families or who will leave an institution to return home, while the Community Choices Waiver Program provides services in the home and in the community to elders or adults with disabilities. They also offer the Long-Term – Personal Care Services Program, which provides assistance with activities of daily living for persons.
