Autumn Zero w/Slaughter and House of Nasty
Macon County Fair Grandstand, Decatur, presented by ESP Entertainment Saturday, June 13, 7 p.m. www.autumnzero.com www.myspace.com/autumnzero

Autumn Zero hails from the little town of Sullivan, southeast of Decatur, but they create big sounds with their music. The hard-rocking, power trio released a debut CD, Woodberry Bridge, a few years back that got picked up by Caprice International Records and scored well on independent rock charts with a single, Just Out of Reach. On their MySpace page, band members Dave Gregory (drums/vocals), JR Craig (bass/vocals), and Todd Bothwell (guitar/vocals) claim, “If Three Doors Down and Alice in Chains had a bastard child, it might sound a little like us!!” and cite influences of “the almighty” Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Pat Travers and Slink Rand Band. Currently in the process of recording another CD at Pogo Records with Mark Rubel in Champaign, the band traipsed all over the place in the last few years opening up for national acts like Blue Oyster Cult and join million-selling 90s rockers Slaughter this weekend in Decatur.
