The Legacy Theatre will show one of the most popular Christmas films of all time It’s a Wonderful Life on Dec. 20. See Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed in this heartwarming tale of a man down on his luck who through the help of an angel realizes the value of life and friends. Bring a nonperishable food item for the Central Illinois Foodbank and admission is only $5. The Legacy also opens its doors for a Polar Express Pajama Party on Dec. 21 at 6 p.m. Theater staff will be costumed as conductors, waiters, chefs and more. Kids will get to enjoy a preshow cocoa party in the lower level lounge before the movie and Santa will make an appearance. This outing is $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
