This marks the fifth consecutive year that Gyro Stop has won best gyro. In addition to the traditional gyro sandwich – heaping strips of lamb, onion and tomato, piled high on pita bread, and topped with tzatziki cucumber sauce – Gyro Stop also serves a Western, chicken, and horseshoe gyro, as well as a gyro salad. For a change of pace, try the double gyro burger, which is served on a pretzel bun. It’s loaded with enough meat to make a couple of sandwiches. Gyro Stop’s sweet corn nuggets make the perfect companion.
