Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana will close its store located at 402 Kings Highway in Shreveport, effective April 24.

“The property was sold by the owner to Circle K, who elected not to renew our lease for the property,” said David Tinkis, Goodwill Industries chief executive officer.

Goodwill is exploring opportunities for a new store close to the Kings Highway location. In the interim, customers may shop at any of the other local Goodwill stores, the closest being the Shreve City store located at 1243 Shreveport- Barksdale Highway in Shreveport. Donors may bring their donations to a new attended donation center, which will be located at 3100 Highland Ave., formerly Don’s Seafood.
