The 2015 Cattle Baron’s Ball, which is a Western-themed event, was held from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. Aug. 22 at Harrah’s Louisiana Downs in Bossier City. Guests listened to music by Hipshot and dined on food by Silver Star Smokehouse. Guests also had the opportunity to participate in both silent and live auctions. The funds raised for the American Cancer Society during the event helped support research that leads to more effective treatments and cures.
