THIS MEATY PASTA FOR DINNER.
Pasta is one of the oldest and most revered foods, eaten as early as 5,000 B.C. In Italy, it is said a man’s character can be measured by how he eats his pasta. The word pasta is actually the generic term for all the multitudes of products made from semolina and water. It is probably the most versatile food item available. From a health standpoint, pasta is one of the better forms of carbohydrates we can consume. For me, it’s much less complex. I think pasta tastes great, and so many things can be done with it. The pasta recipes available are seemingly endless, and some of my personal favorites are among the easiest. Virtually a meal unto themselves, these recipes offer three great options and a decadent dessert, all with pasta. These dishes are quick to prepare and incredibly flavorful.
