Crowds pack Robinson for Top 20 party

The second-floor media hall at the Robinson Film Center was packed to capacity Aug.15 for the Louisiana Film Prize Top 20 Announcement Party. The Louisiana Film Prize is in its second year and awards $50,000 to the top-rated short film that is produced in Shreveport-Bossier City. With the revelation of each short film title, the crowd got louder and louder. Dozens of entries were submitted from all over the country. The Louisiana Film Prize Festival is Oct. 3-6.
