Event showcases fashion

of Style, “Where Style Meets Runway,” a premiere event to showcase the latest and most unique styles within fashion and beauty, was held May 19 at RiverView Hall. Booths from boutiques, hairstylists and accessories could be viewed in one location. Attendees, who entered on the red carpet, were taken into a night of fashion, shopping and beauty. Hosts for the evening’s four-hour event were Dez Duron of “The Voice” and Darcel Moreno, actress/model. Sisters Network Shreveport supplied vital information on breast health, and a percentage of ticket sales went to the network.
