Property: The farm known as 3515 Highway 24, Windham Con. 6 PT Lot 1 REG. Property consists of 87.34 acres (more or less) with 70 acres workable (more or less). Terms: A 10% Fee applies to all items to a maximum $1,000 (Buyer’s Premium & Internet Fees) per item. Payments will be received by cash, cheque, debit, credit, certified cheque or bank draft, E-Transfer & Wire Transfer (a three percent charge will apply to all credit card payments $2000 and above). Onsite collection for 2 days. Property Down Payment due April 24th by certified cheque. All Payments are due by 3:30 pm on April 25 th. Invoices will be emailed out after the auction closes! If needed, financing MUST be prearranged prior to bidding. Items to be removed by Saturday April 27th, with paid invoices only. Owners and Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents during viewings or loading. Owners & Auctioneers are not responsible for items not picked up after final loading day.
