GEESE, SWANS AND NOW SNOW GEESE!
Some of the swans have moved on but the goose numbers continue to climb but they are more scatter than before, now that the snow conditions have deteriorated.

WILD TURKEY DIVAN WITH FRESH SPRING ASPARAGUS
If starting with raw turkey pieces, sauté turkey breast pieces in a lightly oiled fry pan over medium heat until just cooked through (about 5 minutes) or pressure cook or braise leg meat until tender.
