Cory Clark, of Lusk, Wyoming, founded Clark & Associates Land Brokers, LLC, circa 2004, and brought in two like-minded ag enthusiasts, Denver Gilbert and Mark McNamee, to grow the business. The multifaceted trio has developed it into a thriving firm with nine branch offices and more than 20 employees. It has now been named one of America’s Best Brokerages by The Land Report for 10 years in a row.

Clark was raised on a 5th generation ranch in eastern Wyoming, giving him first-hand experience in owning and managing livestock and agricultural real estate. Following graduation from Chadron State College with a BA degree, Clark began his real estate career in 1996.

Within the past 24 years, he has closed on over 325 agriculture properties consisting of over 1,467,719 acres and over $650 million in sales. Clark’s integrity, experience, professionalism, and attention to detail are the foundation of his success. His passion for the land, and the people who choose to make it their home, has earned him a reputation of integrity.

McNamee was raised in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, where he gained a broad knowledge of both farming and ranching operations. In 1997, he graduated from the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, and later that same year embarked on his real estate career. McNamee’s versatility in all facets of farm and ranch marketing, including single and multi-parcel real estate auctions, has created the opportunity to provide his clients one-stop shopping when considering all their real estate, equipment, and livestock liquidation needs.

Additionally, McNamee earned his AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designation in 2009. McNamee and his daughter, Jordyn, live in Buffalo, Wyoming, where he operates the Kaycee branch of Clark & Associates Land Brokers as well as McNamee Land & Auction LLC.

Gilbert was born and raised in Buffalo, South Dakota, on his family’s large cow/calf operation. He attended college at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming, where he majored in Ag Business.

Gilbert operated his own construction business while rodeoing professionally, before obtaining his real estate license in 2004. Giblert’s extensive knowledge of the western Dakotas, eastern Montana and northeastern Wyoming has aided many clients in the sale or purchase of over 100,000 acres of quality ranch land in this vast area of the country. Still active in ranching himself, Gilbert relies on his experience when working for people selling the family ranch as well as buyers looking to purchase good working ranches. Gilbert currently resides in Billings, Montana, with his wife, Jenny, daughter, Molly and son, Brody.
