The Inn at 835 is hosting the 10 th annual Springfield Oyster and Beer Festival (SOB Festival), presented by Marine Bank. The festival features over 40 different craft beers brands from across the Midwest, over 5,000 gourmet oysters and local food trucks. The Lovdahls and Fireside Relics will be on stage providing live entertainment. All of the profits from the event are donated to a local charity. To date over $87,000 has been donated and last year’s recipients were the Children’s Miracle Network and the Helping Paw Project. Obed and Isaac’s is providing additional parking for the event and offering a free shuttle from there to the event. Pick up general admission and VIP tickets from Obed and Isaac’s and The Inn at 835.
