The second annual Best Of Springfield party, presented by Head West Sub Stop, was double the fun, with twice as many food and drink samplings and attendees as the first year. On Thursday, Oct. 25, hundreds of people packed the BOS Center to sample food and beverages from 27 different exhibitors and find out which businesses had been voted the best in Springfield. Many attendees wore their Halloween finest to compete for cash prizes in the individual and group costume contests sponsored by Recon Techs. A magician entertained the crowd in between sets from Deep Hollow and The Shenanigans. It’s not often you can pack that much fun into a Thursday night.
