Children ages 5-13 are invited to enjoy a morning of fishing alongside members of the Springfield Police Department on Sunday, June 3, at Southwind Park in Springfield. Registration will take place from 9-9:15 a.m., and fishing instruction will begin at 9:30 a.m. All fishing equipment will be provided, and all participants will receive a souvenir t-shirt, Mel-O-Cream doughnuts, plus other refreshments.
