 THEATER & COMEDY | Under the sea See Ariel, Flounder, Ursula, King Triton, Sebastian and more during The Muni’s presentation of Disney’s Little Mermaid. Based on the classic 1989 Disney film and the 1830s fairy tale by Hans Christian Anderson, the musical runs Aug. 19-21 and 24-28 with show times at 8:30 p.m. nightly. This family favorite is directed by Craig Williams and features Rhonda Brinkman as choreographer and Christie Lazarides as vocal director. Don’t miss Ariel’s Shell-e-Bration on Wednesday, Aug. 24, from 6:30-8 p.m. The Shell-e-Bration will consist of crafts for children and their families, a take-home souvenir, and the opportunity to jump the line to meet mermaid Ariel after the performance. Admission is $12-14 for reserved seating and $6-10 for those who wish to bring chairs and blankets for lawn seating.
