CHILDREN’S CORNER | Pancake party

Pancakes, Paws and Santa Claus is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a special breakfast with zoo animals and the big guy himself. Children and their parents are invited to join the Henson Robinson Zoo and Lincoln Greens Golf Course on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. The event kicks off with a delicious pancake breakfast. After breakfast, participants will have the opportunity to get up-close-andpersonal with zoo animals as well as spend some one-on-one time with Santa, who will listen to wish lists and pose for photos with children. For those living within the boundaries of the Springfield Park District, the cost is $12 per adult or $10 per child. For those residing outside park district boundaries, the cost is $14.50 per adult or $12.50 per child. Preregistration is required for this event.
