Join the walking dead as they stroll through Lincoln Park on Saturday night, Oct. 19, during Springfield Zombie Walk. Don your best undead attire and makeup because organizers have prizes for costumes. There’s also fun zombie games, such as a tomahawk throw, plus a roaring bonfire, game prizes and popcorn. Registration starts at 5 p.m.; the walk and activities start at 6 p.m. Admission is whatever donation you’d like to give, with all proceeds going to the Epilepsy Resource Center of Springfield. Zombie Prom, for ages 21 and over, invades Bar None after the walk with Go Tsunami rattling bones from 9-1.
