Meet Ben Viele and Alexander Rodriguez. They are co-hosts of Los Angeles’s Universal Broadcasting Network Internet radio show “Happy Hour with Ben and Alexander.” So what are they doing in central Illinois and why are they putting on a show at the Hoogland Center for the Arts? Well, Viele’s hometown is in central Illinois and his grandfather has cancer. Their two-week traveling caravan, with stops across the U.S. from California to Midwest, is to raise money for the American Cancer Society. So join the cabaret of Broadway favorites and popular hits in “The Journey Home: The Finale” show. The last stop on the duo’s tour, they will present all the donations they collected on their travels to the American Cancer Society.
