Springfield Ballet Company performs the holiday classic, The Nutcracker, at Sangamon Auditorium, UIS on Dec. 10 and Dec. 11 with two performances on Saturday. These include: SBC member Caragan Phillips, Clara; Carolina Ballet Theatre members Peter Base, Nutcracker Prince; Erica Wesselman, Sugar Plum Fairy; and Samuel Chester, Cavalier; Chicago-based dancer Todd Kiech, Arabian Coffee; and Francesca Genovese and Martin Justo, Snow Queen and King.
