NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to JOHN W.
BRYANT, JR., and VICKI A. BRYANT, individually
and as Co-Trustees of the Bryant
Trust dated March 30, 2007, CENTRAL
ILLINOIS BANK, UNKNOWN OWNERS and
NONRECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in
the above entitled case, pursuant to the
provisions of the Illinois Compiled
Statutes, Chapter 735, Sections 5/2-413,
5/2-206, 5/15-1218, 5/15-1501, 5/15-
1502 and 5/15-1503, that foreclosure
suit entitled as above has been commenced
and is now pending against you
and other Defendants, and you are further
notified that unless you appear on or
before Wednesday, March 31, 2010 and
defend in said suit, default judgment may
be entered against you on the day following
or thereafter.
