Described as children’s ballet or opera, this theater experience crosses dance, song and light show with a sort-of-full-body puppetry. The story begins with Professor Henslow, a famous scientist with magic powers who brings to life his newest creation and dinosaur friend, Darwin. The tale tells of Darwin’s experiences as he explores his new world, encountering different creatures: Verla, the gangly ostrich; Peche, the beautiful fish; and Brutus, the menacing red dinosaur. When Brutus threatens the professor, Darwin makes a decision that alters his life forever and leads him to discover the true meaning of love.
