Growing Community of Enlightened Citizens Are Turning To Create Abundance in Their Lives.

The site was originally founded in May of 2007 with a daily podcast by JB Glossinger to provide positive energy, ideas and motivation to assist the individual to achieve the experiences they desire. JB has built several successful businesses and has continued his own personal growth acquiring an MBA and Ph.D. in metaphysics. The community has grown exponentially and is now approaching 20,000 members. In addition to the site’s daily inspirational podcast, the site’s community members from around the globe can create a unique profile and meet as well as interact with other members who desire to be part of the “Conscious Awakening”. The site has become the Face book for ‘Conscious Evolution.’

The site’s community members can create and share profiles, which include personal information, photos, journals, blogs and utilize the innovative “Dreamboard.” The social networking aspects allow community members to meet and communicate with people around the world to share their goals, values and dreams using a wide array of tools including: messaging forums, chat room, journaling, mastermind groups, blog posts, and “conscious connections”.

They can also search for members based on common interests and keywords.

Community members can now upload unique content and pictures which are visual representations of the things they would like to manifest on the groundbreaking dreamboard.

Using the dreamboard, community members can write down and review their goals, update them and share them with the site’s other community members. The site has mastermind groups, which are small, local, community-member created groups who meet offline and online.

Morningcoach.com not only has much new in the way of technology, features, and content; it also has an expanded Agenda as well. Although the MC Community is growing exponentially and has been ranked at the top of the ITunes list in the Personal Growth for many months, this is just the beginning of something synergistically fantastic. JB, Paul, Don S and the whole MC Team, do not want to be pigeon holed in just one category but rather choose to demonstrate the dynamics of the community’s ability to promote and support personal empowerment. Even this philosophical thought can have certain perceived limitations. In the broader universal spectrum; in order to promote a community based on the personal empowerment and well-being of the individual, we must also address the issues affecting society and the planet. Wow, what a goal, agenda and mission which only can be accomplished by a sense of community.

Morningcoach.com intends on expanding its agenda for promoting holistic well-being of the individual, society and the planet. We can accomplish this by creating a self supporting community that has a foundation of compassion and knowingness that in some way we all are connected. We can create an infrastructure based on Love and an aversion to fear based emotions by our actions. We can be a major player in the process of “Conscious Evolution”, we can be the change we want to see and make a difference. So initially we need to focus on the holistic well-being of the individual. We shall define holistic well-being as physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and financial wellness. These are the ingredients that create balance, harmony, health, a sense of worthiness and personal self-esteem for the individual as well as can transmute to Society and the Planet. To this end the MC community will open as many channels as possible to facilitate this process. Channels which are empowering and supporting in every major aspect of our lives including health, wealth, relationships, family, career, spiritual connection and of course personal development. MC will provide links to organizations focused on these areas and initiate the process by promoting a program for individualized Optimum Health & Wellness with access to Integrative Health Specialists, wellness services, programs and products. Integrative Medicine blends the best of modern western medicine, complimentary alternative medicine and traditional medicines that have survived the test of time over thousands of years. We are creating this forum with Natural Quest International to create a vehicle which promotes individualized personal optimum health for the individuals of our community. NQI has a goal to be the “Arbiter of Good Medicine” without bias of where it came from or how much money was spent on verifying its efficacy.

Moving forward as a community, we can impact the health of our Society as well as the health of our Planet. We can be a catalyst for “Conscious Evolution” and change. We can embrace an agenda set forth by LOHAS which is an acronym for “Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability” and can be the facilitators that insure that our children, grandchildren and generations to come have the unalienable right to achieve personal well-being.

Conscious Evolution is about enlightened individuals making choices that are empowering. They recognize that many existing paradigms are no longer working such as healthcare, government and corporate social justice to name a few. Does the American Healthcare System, Energy Conglomerates, Food Industry, Education System, and Political System work for you anymore? Now is the time for change and we believe we are ready on every level. T Boone Pickens just assembled an army of constituents in less than 6 months that represents over 1,000,000 people who want to see an end to foreign oil dependency. Since he started his movement gas prices have dropped considerably. If each of our Community Members could get 10 people to see the light, we could increase his army by 200,000 voices for change. Wow what incredible power we have.

As the MC Community grows, the Natural Laws will begin to be more prevalent which includes the “Law of Attraction”, as is portrayed in “THE SECRET”, but includes so much more. We will attract the minds, the voices and the souls who have an intuitive desire to bring about this change. The need for “Conscious Evolution” is instinctive and represents the Natural Law of Expansion, for we must grow to prosper and maybe even survive. The economic turmoil we are experiencing is merely a wakeup call demonstrating we need to change some economic and social paradigms. Growth is often uncomfortable but that is the beauty and grace of community, it creates the support system for evolution. The MC Community can and will be a divine force that initiates change and growth. This process begins with the individual but will expand as individuals align to fulfill their synchronistic goals. We all have fears, issues and uncertainties that we must address and we all have a choice. Community is the path and bridge that allows us to separate from them to return to our Natural Connection with Love, Spirit, Source, God or whatever you choose to call the Infinite Power and Intelligence. Each of us in innately endowed with the greatest power. The power to choose between Love and fear and the MC Community is supportive of this process and that is what “Empowerment” is all about; choosing Love. We can choose to have compassion, concern and consideration for not only our Community members but for everyone and everything that shares our Divine Cosmic Energy. We must do this individually if we are to create a community which manifests this power. This Community is the vehicle for us to achieve this empowerment and be an integral part of Conscious Evolution.

Our new technologies will allow us to communicate much better and thus get to know each other better. We want to share our thoughts, aspirations, talents, experiences and insight. Let each of us support the holistic wellbeing as well as personal growth of all of our Community Members. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience but we can change those experiences. The question is how many of us will choose to be part of the process of facilitating Conscious Evolution. How many committed to being part of the change. The growth and expansion of the MC Community can be a demonstration of our willingness to be part of the change.

There are infinite possibilities. As we create this Community dedicated to individual well-being as well as Society and the Planet we all become part of the Shift, that change to the better we wish to see.
