More than 800 medical staff members and community guests attended Willis Knighton Health’s Annual Fall Barbecue at The Oaks of Louisiana on Oct. 10. The soiree honored the health organization’s health care providers and friends and celebrated WK’s 100 years of doing a world of good. The Northwest Louisiana Archives at LSUS held a 50th-anniversary celebration on Oct. 17. More than 1.5 million photographic/negative images, 1,184 maps and 3,000 architectural drawings are housed there, including personal papers, oral histories and organizational records.
