318 Restaurant Week offers deliciousness at a great price!

With the cost of everything rising, from gasoline to groceries, one thing is staying constant this year: You can still get tasty $10 lunch specials and $20 delicious dinner specials during 318 Restaurant Week in Shreveport-Bossier!

Back for the seventh year, 318 Restaurant Week is May 2-7. This week-long celebration of food puts the spotlight on locally-owned restaurants in Shreveport and Bossier City, many with unique menu items, discounted specials, and exclusive onenight-only dining experiences. 318 Restaurant Week is a project of the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau.

Each evening during 318 Restaurant Week, one participating restaurant will feature an exclusive ticketed dining experience. Some of the experiences include Exploration of the Palettes: A Food & Art Experience hosted by Branding Manning of Brandezvous Productions on Wednesday, May 4; Bruncho de Mayo at one of the newest restaurants in town, Up For Brunch, on Thursday, May 5; The Brazilian Steak Night Experience high atop downtown Shreveport at the Petroleum Club on Friday, May 6; and The Ernest’s Experience at Ernest’s Orleans Restaurant on Friday, May 6, with more being announced soon. Tickets and all the details about the exclusive dining experiences will be available at 318RestaurantWeek.com.

“318 Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity for the Shreveport-Bossier community to support local restaurants while enjoying wonderful and unique dining experiences at the same time.

We’ve seen restaurants participate in this event year after year because it helps bring new customers through their doors,” Stacy Brown, president of the SBCTB, said.

If you’re wondering who’s offering the $10 lunch specials and $20 dinner specials, this year’s featured restaurants include Cuban Liquor, Jacquelyn’s Café, Boba Xpress, Pop N Pizza, RNL Cookery Corner, Sha’Baby’s, Orlandeaux’s Café, Vegans on the Run, Taylor’d Eatz, Bear’s on Fairfield, Gullo’s Fresh Produce & Classic Bake Shop with more to come.

“We are excited to be a part of 318 Restaurant Week again this year. Over the last several years of participating, we’ve seen new customers visit us because of the specials we offered. We’ve moved to a new location this year and now offer dine-in service for the first time. We’re excited customers will be able to take advantage of that,” said Brittani Shabazz, owner of Pop N Pizza.
