• PRIZES are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. You may give your PRIZES to anyone you choose, but ONLY the designated MEMBER may win PRIZES. There are no exchanges and no refunds. No items may be redeemed for cash. Please remember that CLUB 365 is a benefit to raise money for the Shreveport Regional Arts Council’s community Arts Programs.

• CHANCES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE…

• WINNERS are announced daily on KTAL NBC 6 and on the CLUB 365 FACEBOOK Page. Winners are also informed by email. MEMBERS do not have to be present to win.

• WINNERS will collect the PRIZE(s) at the Shreveport Regional Arts Council’s offices in the Central ARTSTATION at 801 Crockett Street, 71101, Shreveport, Louisiana – located at the former historic Central Fire Station in downtown Shreveport…unless otherwise instructed.

• PRIZES must be redeemed from SRAC within 30 days of the PRIZE ANNOUNCEMENT. Unclaimed Prizes become the property of the Shreveport Regional Arts Council.

• Most PRIZES for services may be used for ONE-YEAR following the Date of the PRIZE ANNOUNCEMENT. Some Prizes have a specific “use by” date and the winner must claim the prize within the stated timeline.

• Tips, Transfers, Taxes, and Alcoholic Beverages are NOT included with any Restaurant or Hotel services unless indicated in the Prize Certificate.

• No warranties are made by the Shreveport Regional Arts Council concerning any items or services featured in the CLUB 365 Drawing. These items are donated to SRAC and in good faith, offered to the Winner.

• SRAC will not be held liable for any personal injury incurred in conjunction with the awarded PRIZE.

• SRAC acknowledges that there may be unexpected challenges associated with the COVID Pandemic and if an awarded PRIZE is unattainable, it will be replaced with a PRIZE that has value of $365.
