“ART the Dalmatian”
is the iconic protector of the Artists, Audiences, Staff and Volunteers for the Shreveport Regional Arts Council at the Central ARTSTATION. “ART” laments, It’s a Dog Eat Dog world! COVID has made things RUFF! The cancellation of 20 events since March, along with the huge loss of earned, contributed, and public sector income has taken a dramatic toll. Still, the Arts Council is Workin’ like a Dog to ensure that the everyone has the opportunity to experience the Arts! SRAC cannot produce our gala fundraiser, Christmas in the Sky! We can’t take the CHANCE that 2,500 guests would get Sick as a Dog! SRAC has made the PIVOT! Instead of a ONE NIGHT Gala, we are creating a 365 day prize EVERYDAY drawing with those great “Sky” Auction items transformed into fantastic PRIZES! Come on…Follow our lead and TAKE A CHANCE ON ART!
