Nicholas Gasper is a leading DeSoto Parish attorney.

Nicholas was raised in Stonewall and graduated from North DeSoto. He received his BA in secondary education from Louisiana College before receiving his Juris Doctorate from LSU in 2008. After law school, Nicholas moved back to his hometown, where he worked as a law clerk for the 42nd Judicial District Court.

Nicholas now operates a successful and diverse solo practice located at 671 Highway 171 in Stonewall. His practice is primarily focused on wills and estate planning, probate matters, real estate transactions and mineral leasing. “My goal is to make sure that my clients fully understand all their options and work together with them to determine what course of action is best for them.”

In addition to his active legal practice, Nicholas recently teamed up with Vintage Title of Louisiana, where he serves as their title examination attorney. “I enjoy knowing that I can play a small role in helping people realize their dreams of home ownership.”

In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their three young children. He is actively involved in his church, Grawood Baptist Church, and actively involved in the DeSoto Parish community. He currently serves as the president of the Mansfield Lions Club and is a member of the DeSoto Parish Chamber of Commerce. Nicholas is also currently serving his third term as a Stonewall Alderman.

Nicholas is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and Shreveport Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana courts and the federal court for the Western District of Louisiana.
