Seedlinks
offers mental health services, community psychiatric support treatment,
psychotherapy, crisis intervention, psycho-social rehabilitation, and
workplace and depression training. “Over the next five years, I hope to
see our company investing a lot more into our community, bringing more
services and even more awareness to the state of Louisiana,” Zonda
Spikes, Human Resources director, said. Located at 1543 Grimmett Drive
in Shreveport, Seedlinks is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Spikes
loves her work for Seedlinks Behavior Management, LLC. “My favorite
part of my job is the relationship built with employees, stakeholders,
and making community partnerships,” Spikes said.
She also works alongside several other hard-working, community-loving women.
Cheri
Leary-Williams, Co-Owner and Billing Coordinator for Seedlinks, is one
of those women. “Our goal at Seedlinks is to equip our clients with the
treatment and support needed to catapult them to victory over mental
health challenges and promote harmonious living,” Leary- William said.
Chantal
Young, Program Director and Licensed Professional Counselor for
Seedlinks, loves bringing light to dark situations. She’s excited about
the company’s plan for growth. “Over the next several years, I see us
reaching beyond our limits across the state to share and educate those
on mental health and help as many people as we can who are battling with
mental health,” Young said. “Our business is very family-oriented, we
all have a desire to better our community, and we work together as a
team to make sure we are taking care of our clients.”
Lisa
Malham, LPC, Director of ACT Services, is another staffer who loves
making a difference locally. “My favorite part of my job is seeing the
transformation a person a can make when they have the support of an
entire team,” Malham said. “Seedlinks provides intensive community-based
services for Shreveport and the surrounding areas.”
Marilyn
Nichols, who has over thirty years of mental health nursing experience,
is also passionate about her work at Seedlinks. “Our goal is to provide
families and community with recovery support services. We want to bring
awareness and education to families and communities regarding mental
illness, letting them know there is help available,” Nichols said.
Raquel
Sinegal-Crowe, Trauma Informed Care Manager, enjoys helping meet the
needs of children coming from hard places. Being trained in TBRI
(Trust-Based Relational Intervention) further sets apart Seedlinks from
other clinics. “Knowing these children are bleeding inside from the hurt
and trauma they have experienced, we aim to not let the bleeding
continue under our watch, but rather allow the healing to begin within
the child once they enter our care,” Sinegal-Crowe said.
Blanca
I. Osorio, MD is an Adult, Child and Adolescents Psychiatrist and is
also the Behavioral Health Director at David Raines Community Health
Centers, Staff Psychiatrist at Seedlings and the owner and staff
psychiatrist at Premier Behavioral Services, LLC. “I love taking care of
my patients and helping them feel better,” Osorio said. “We offer
evaluation and treatment of all Behavioral Health problems, including

and substance abuse. We’re compassionate and dedicated to our patients’
well-being. “ For more information, visit http://www.seedlinks.net.
