The Louisiana State Exhibit Museum played host to the inaugural Ark-La-Tex Craft Beer and BBQ Festival on March 10. The event featured more than 22 breweries serving more than 100 beers. There were also 42 different competition barbecue teams grilling all kinds of different meats. Proceeds from the event benefited the non-profit organization Veterans Outdoors. – Mark Crawford
