The South Central Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. held its 85th Regional Conference March 15-19 at the Shreveport Convention Center. Over 3,500 participants attended from Arkansas, New Mexico, Texas and Louisiana. Among the many activities held were the public luncheon and the closing Black Attire Gala.
