Support groups at Willis-Knighton are provided at no cost to the patients. Reservations are required. CANCER Willis-Knighton Cancer Center, 2600 Kings Highway Lunch is provided for all noon meetings.

General Cancer Support Group Tuesdays and Thursdays, Noon 4th Floor Conference Room This support group helps patients and their loved ones discuss the emotional challenges and other concerns often faced by patients with cancer.

Woman to Woman: The Side Effects of Cancer Treatment Wednesday, March 15, Noon 2nd Floor Conference Room A workshop to give female cancer patients information on issues unique to their treatments and side effects. Patients will also have the opportunity to discuss their concerns with different healthcare providers.

Look Good, Feel Better Monday, April 3, 11:30 a.m. 4th Floor Conference Room This two hour, handson workshop includes a 12-step skin care/makeup application lesson, demonstration of options for dealing with hair loss and nail techniques. Patients also use and take home complimentary cosmetic kits in their appropriate skin tones with helpful instruction booklets. Heart to Heart – Women’s Cardiovascular Support Group A monthly group discussion of topics related to women with heart disease.
