CaptainShreveHighSchoolEnglishandsocialstudies teacherNicoleVasquezwasnamedoneofninefinalists fortheLouisianaTeacherofTheYearawardbythe LouisianaDepartmentofEducation.ANorthwestern StateUniversitygraduate,Vasquezrecentlycompleted hereighthyearofteachingatCaptainShreve.Each
