Designed for those who are considering or who have scheduled total hip or total knee replacement surgery. The Willis-Knighton Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Institute offers participants insight into the joint replacement process, from preadmission planning to surgery, follow-up and rehabilitation. Healthwise: Hospice Care– Skilled Services and Compassionate Support

Guest Speaker: Donyea McNabb Wednesday, Nov. 19, 10:30 a.m. Alta and John Franks Community Centre Donyea McNabb, with Willis-Knighton Hospice of Louisiana, will provide insight into what hospice is and the services it provides. The hospice team, which includes physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides, auxiliary service providers and volunteers, work with patients and their families to provide the best care possible.
