YPI to announce Top 40 Under 40

Each year the Young Professionals Initiative, Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, Bossier Chamber of Commerce and The Forum partner for the 40 Under 40 Awards Gala, to honor 40 outstanding young professionals in Northwest Louisiana, under the age of 40.

YPI, in conjunction with The Forum, will announce the 40 honorees 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Petroleum Club, located at 416 Travis St.

The 40 Under 40 nominations are offered to Northwest Louisiana’s outstanding entrepreneurs, executives, managers and professionals in public, private or nonprofit sectors.

The nominees will be honored at the eighth annual Northwest Louisiana 40 Under 40 Gala and Awards Banquet on Dec. 5 at Horseshoe Casino and Hotel.

Honorees are chosen based on such values as achievement, experience and innovation, vision, leadership and community involvement.
