CHRISTUS Schumpert will offer the following classes this month through the M.O.M. Program.

“Breastfeeding: Starting Out Right” prenatal class, will be offered 6 p.m. Aug. 8 and 22. Learn how to breastfeed successfully by a board-certified lactation consultant.

Fathers are welcome. The class will be at CHRISTUS Schumpert, One St. Mary Place in Classroom 1.

“Prepared Childbirth,” focuses on techniques to ease the stresses of labor.

“The Happiest Baby on the Block,” class will be offered Aug. 13. Learn how to turn your baby’s calming reflex on taught by certified instructors.
