Annual luncheon, fund-raiser

On Sept. 23, the YWCA of Northwest Louisiana hosted their annual luncheon at Sam’s Town Casino & Hotel in downtown Shreveport. Dr. Dara Richardson-Heron, CEO of YWCA USA, was the keynote speaker. During her speech, Dr. Richard-Heron encouraged women to come together and work to help each other and also be generous and support causes that matter to them.
