Games benefit Deaf Action Center

Wine Country Bistro resembled a mini casino Dec. 7 for the 2013 Las Vegas Night. The event benefits the Betty and Leonard Phillips Deaf Action Center of Louisiana. Games included blackjack, craps and roulette. Each guest was given $400 in chips. There were also silent and live auctions. Food included chicken fajita blue and duck confit corn tacos, quesadillas, egg rolls, sushi, fried oysters on the half shell, sliders, blue cheese and pecan crostini, black truffle and wild mushroom pan purdue, meat pies and spiced pumpkin doughnuts for dessert.
