French Quarter Christmas gala draws in crowds

Guests at Les Boutiques de Noel hopped on board for the 2013 event that featured a French Quarter Christmas. It was held at the Bossier Civic Center, with a Nov. 20 preview night. Sid Potts Inc. sponsored the gala. Everyone was given Mardi Gras beads that featured Santa on a street car with masks and fleur de lis. Robert Trudeau and his troupe paraded with a tambourine. Silver Star catered. The next three days featured a market. The event was sponsored by the Shreveport-Bossier Opera Guild.
