This project is scheduled for 100 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: The project consists of an interior renovation of approximately 5,000 SF of currently unoccupied space. The renovation includes a new layout with offices, workstations, and various other spaces for collaboration and workplace function.

A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be held on May 20, 2026 @ 10:00 AM at One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA. Meet in lobby, after screening. Bring valid ID.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
