In the matter of: Ivette Delgado Of: Boston, MA RESPONDENT Alleged Incapacitated Person

To the named Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by Brockton Behavioral Health Center of Brockton, MA in the above captioned matter alleging that Ivette Delgado is in need of a Guardian and requesting that (or some other suitable person) be appointed as Guardian to serve Without Surety on the bond.

The petition asks the court to determine that the Respondent is incapacitated, that the appointment of a Guardian is necessary, that the proposed Guardian is appropriate. The petition is on file with this court and may contain a request for certain specific authority.

A petition has been presented to said court by Ricardo Ricky Alexandre of Roslindale, MA and Melinda Pauline Alexandre (Aguilera) of Mattapan, MA requesting for leave to adopt said child and that the name of the child be changed to Xenya Grace Alexandre.

If you object to this adoption you are entitled to the appointment of an attorney if you are an indigent person.

An indigent person is defined by SJC Rule 3:10. The definition includes but is not limited to persons receiving TAFDC, EACDC, poverty related veteran’s benefits, Medicaid, and SSI.
