Electronic bids for MBTA Contract No. R90CN05, On Call Concrete Repairs 3, Systemwide, MA -- and Class 12A General Concrete $1,000,000 - and Project Value $1,000,000 and can be submitted at www.bidx.com until two o’clock (2:00 p.m.) on December 9th, 2025. Immediately thereafter, in a designated room, the Bids will be opened and read publicly.
Work consists of replacing existing and installing new concrete sidewalk, pavement, and pedestrian ramps systemwide. Work locations will be determined on an as-needed basis and communicated to the Contractor.

Nahant Historical Society requests bids for wood shingle roof
replacement at the historic Nahant Life Saving Station at 96 Nahant
Road, Nahant, Massachusetts. The building is listed on the State
Register of Historic Places. The project is being partially funded with a
grant from the Massachusetts Preservation Projects Fund through the
Massachusetts Historical Commission.
All
work must be performed in accordance with the documents prepared by and
available from the Spencer Preservation Group, 41 Valley Road, Nahant
Massachusetts,
Massachusetts 01908 (617-227-2675) and meet the Secretary of the
Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. State law
prohibits discrimination. Awarding of this contract is subject to
Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity guidelines.

GENERAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT (“GEC”’) SERVICES FOR THIRD PARTY COMMISSIONING (“Cx”)

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
The
Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting consulting
services for third party commissioning. The Authority is seeking a
qualified multidisciplined consulting firm or team, with proven
experience to provide professional commissioning services including
planning, design, and construction related services including resident
inspection, on an oncall, as needed basis. These services are expected
to be provided for all MBTA properties. The Consultant must be able to
work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to
provide such services in a timely and effective manner.
The
scope of services will be authorized on task basis. The duration of
this contract will be five (5) years with the option of two (2)
individual one (1)- year extensions.
This project is expected to utilize Federal and non-federal funding.
