REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The
Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting architectural
and engineering services for (15%-100%, Bid Phase and Construction Phase
Services) for the Green Line Inner Belt Yard Expansion Project located
In Sommerville, MA. The Scope of Service(s) may include but are not
limited to: General Project Management Services, Design Phase Services,
Bid Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services (CPS). The duration
of this contract will be 5 years. Bid Phase Services are expected to be
completed within two (2) years from NTP
This
project is expected to utilize Federal funding. The DBE participation
goal for this project is 14% of the total amount authorized. In
addition, the Authority strongly encourages the use of Minority, Women
and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as prime consultants,
sub-consultants and suppliers in all of its contracting opportunities.
