FALMOUTH HOUSING AUTHORITY SEEKS PROPERTY OWNERS & DEVELOPERS Project-Based Voucher Opportunities Available

The Falmouth Housing Authority (FHA) is seeking property owners and developers interested in offering rental units through HUD’s Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program.

Unlike the Section 8 mobile voucher program, PBV assistance is tied to the unit, providing owners with guaranteed monthly rent payments and tenants with long-term housing stability. Owners may request that up to 25% of units in a building receive project-based assistance.

Why Participate?

• Guaranteed rent payments

• Long-term contracts for financial stability

• Reduced vacancy and turnover

• FHA maintains and manages the waiting list at no cost to the owner

• Opportunity to support affordable housing in Falmouth

• May qualify for tax incentives

Partner with FHA to secure stable revenue while helping local families access safe, affordable housing.
