Invitation to Bid

The Brookline Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Kickham Apartments Window Replacement project in Brookline, Massachusetts in accordance with the documents prepared by BWA Architecture, Inc.

The project consists of: Removal of existing aluminum windows and installation of new UPVC composite windows in the existing openings. The project is located at 190 Harvard Street in Brookline, MA. The work is estimated to cost $647,000.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive as well as the Federal Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Rates.

THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.biddocsonline.com.
