To the Honorable Judges of the Suffolk County Probate and Family Court of Boston, MA and to all other persons interested.

A petition has been presented to said Court by Darlette Jeannot of Boston in the County of Suffolk representing that she holds as 50% share as tenant in common undivided part or share of certain land lying in Boston, MA in said County, and briefly described as follows:

A certain parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in that part of Boston called Mattapan and being shown as Lot 6 on a plan entitled “Plan of Lots in Mattapan, Massachusetts belonging to T.S. Richardson, Trustee of Eliot Land Trust,” E.L. Moulton, Surveyor, dated June 5, 1924 and recorded with Suffolk Deeds at the end of Book 4562 and bounded and described as follows:

NORTHWESTERLY by Rosewood Street, fifty (50) feet;

NORTHEASTERLY by land of the City of Boston, one hundred (100) feet;

SOUTHEASTERLY by Lot 13, as shown on said plan, fifty (50) feet;

SOUTHWESTERLY by Lot 5, as shown on said plan, one hundred (100) feet.

Containing 5,000 square feet according to said plan. Setting forth that she desires that all the following described part of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than $600,000.00 dollars.

And praying that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said and which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.

If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Boston before ten o’clock in the forenoon-on the 22nd day of March 2024 the return day of this citation.
