The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”) is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the redevelopment and sale of one (1) parcel, 1101819000, representing approximately 7,963 square feet of vacant land in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-24, known as 1 Fenner Street in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston (the “Property”).
The BPDA seeks to convey the Property for the development of an Urban Wild. The Property is being offered as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. If concerned about the Property condition, legal or physical access and the maintenance thereof, property lines or boundaries or any other matter affecting the Property, prospective developers should investigate and conduct whatever due diligence and inspection deemed necessary.
The RFP package will be available starting Friday, May 19th, 2023 on the BPDA Procurement Portal at www.bostonplans.org/work-with-us/ procurement; if unable to access the RFP contact Jonathan Short to make alternative arrangements.
