The City of Boston, acting by and through its Human Services Cabinet, is seeking the lease of approximately 7,000-9,000 square feet of usable office space for the Office of Returning Citizens and PowerCorpsBOS. The lease term is January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2028 with a five year option to renew. The facility must be located within the City of Boston. The facility must be easily accessible to major Boston roadways or arteries, and must be near a public transportation (MBTA) bus route, subway stop, or commuter rail station.
